Hi sis, I was referring to Atifobaid's post regarding the appeals. He said to check the fees out. So I was asking how much is it?

Enquisit33 - InshAllah your husband will recieve call letter this week and he should have his passport stamped within 2 weeks.

I have tried searching the new fees but have not found them yet, will let everyone know, once i know.

Hi guys,

Do you know what the address is for the decision makers in Islamabad?

My company HR has a later prepared to prove my employment and they want to stick an address at the top, I couldn't find it on the net.

Is it the High Commision in Islamabad?

Sorry for the vague details but someone from our local area in Pakistan applied for her Husband's Visa at ISB and they had it granted in 3 weeks! I know that isn't very detailed but it is very encouraging indeed!

Update

Guys I have just received a letter from IAT 'Notice of Withdrawal' addressed to my husband.

The respondent has withdrawn the original decision.
The tribunal is satisfied that this appeal has been withdrawn.

What does this mean?????

It means they have taken their decision back and have decided to issue a visa to him. He has got his visa!

I am shocked and it feels like I am dreaming!!!!

Thanks to everyone on this board, you have been ever so supportive and without your help and support, I don't think I could have got through this!!!

To all those that have appealed as well, please have faith in Allah swt leave it to him and Inshallah you will succeed! I thought I was going to wait a whole year but Alhumdhulila.. look 2 months after submission of appeal I am here overjoyed!!!!

I am new on this forum however I have been reading up all the comments and never bothered to register.

I will be sending the visa papers to Pakistan on 14th Decemeber which is only 1-2days away, my husabnd will sort all his documents out and submitted the visa at Mirpur insha'Allah

I'm soo scared, I just want my husband to have his visa granted asap. I have been away from him for nearly two years now and its first time applying.

I couldnt find a job x

Good Luck and all the best make sure you check everything and all is in order before you hand it all in and make copies of everything just in case you need backup or need to refer to them.

I will be making the copies of each documemnt tomorrow, my visa was certified today.

My cousin will be going to Pakistan on 14th Decemeber so I will be giving it to her to pass onto my husband.

And i have also added additonal documents.

The more the better.

@ ss27, thank you brother, Ameen. Finally it has been granted! You know how stressed I was with the visa refusal and Alhumdhulila with all your duas it has been worth the wait. I was thinking I will contact you, to let you know the outcome, glad you got in touch!

Does anyone know what a covering letter is exactly, somebody mentioned it to me, saying my husband will need to submit it when asked to give passport in. How does it work? What is supposed to be included?

but im gona ask my friend..her hubby came to UK about a month ago so he'l kno..wil let u kno soon xx

Thanks to everyone for their well wishes for my wife's visa which Alhamdulillah was granted just over a week ago. It took exactly a month and that included the holidays for Eid and Alama Iqbal holiday.

I just wanted to say many congratulations and mubarak to Exquisit33. May Allah make your marriage happy, peaceful and prosperous insha'Allah.

May Allah also give patience to those waiting for a decision or appeal and grant their partners their visas insha'Allah.

Assuming you haven't applied yet and this letter is one of the supporting documents to be included with the application form then it can be addressed 'To whom it may concern' (as mine was) or to 'The Entry Clearance Officer, The British High Commision Islamabad'.
