Salary Requirements - Before Tax or After ?

Sorry if this question is mediocre,

But when we show the salary requirements that UKBA has set out in for TIER 1 GENERAL point system , is the salary that is credited to the bank that is counted or the amount that is got before taxation ?

It is the gross salary, before tax deduction, that is required by UKBA for awarding you the point.

Zahid is right. But, one question out of curiosity.. I assume you're applying for Tier1 extension, is that right? Hope you're not talking about new Tier-1?

Thank you !! I am currently on the Tier 1 POST STUDY WORK , i am applying for the tier 1 general

you can't apply for tier 1 general, it is closed for new applicants and has been for some time.

ok.. so what are my options after Tier 1 Post Study , what visa can I legally shift into , I am working here in the Uk for a reputed company. What would you say my options are ? ...

Please help me, as I have no one to ask really for help regarding this issue...

No - hence why I said 'you can't apply for tier 1 general'

you can ask your company if they are willing to sponsor you for switiching to Tier-2 visa ,if so that the best option for you
