My advise is to call NACRO for this. They will tell you straight away if that is a crimial offence. Also they can tell you that if it comes under Rehabilataion of the Offenders act 1974.

The number for NACRO is 020 7840 7200

Or alternatively you can fill the online form at

http://www.nacro.org.uk/header/comments ... 7,NAP.html

NACRO is the external agency used by UKBA to check the criminality requirment.
The question is... to be or not to be....

Thanks for reply I called them and they said it is technically criminal offence but not that serious and it shouldn't come up with criminal record. However, they don't have any partnership with UKBA or UKBA not used them to check the criminality requirement.

Any further comments should be appreciated please!
Thanks...

You should have no issues with extending your Tier 1 visa - there is no criminality check / requirement for extension.

You should not have any problem at the airport. You have paid you fine and you have learnt your lesson. This cannot be held against you for all your life. Have a nice vacation. Enjoy!

Let us know if you declare this in your T1 G ext app form and if you have any problems in your PR. This is a very common convictions and a common question in this forum.

What is a "travelling offence"?

Fare evasion of london underground. Tfl may prosecute against me for fare evasion in London underground.

If convicted they can put name in criminal offence. But not sure if this offence can cause any problem in Tier 1(G) ext. and PR after 2 two years.

@hussainkothari
Actually that's was my actual question for example if some one convicted in court then do I need to declare this in Tier 1 G or PR after completing 5 yrs of Tier 1.

I called NACRO and they told me this is non-recordable offence and it doesn't show up in the CRB. Also I am not sure this offence is upspent or spent?

But want more confirmation if any one have idea!

An offence may be criminal or civil, not "travelling"!
