Hello All,
I was asked to prepare the reference letter for my current and previous employers. They will then check and once they agree they will sign.
However, both references are very similar, at least in terms of duties and responsabilities, they are almos the same, as in fact I'm in the same position, in the same sort of IT project, but for different companies.
Is there any problem to send it like that? Can the caseworkers find weird how both letter can be so simular in terms of roles and reject my case wondering that it is a fraud?
I mentioned of course the specific project in each letter, which is different, but the role is the same.
Seniors please advice.
