Post by razian97 » Mon Dec 12, 2011 5:19 am

hi there,
I shall apply for tier1 general extension in February 2012 on employed and self employed earnings.
I shall provide salary slips from January 2011 to December 2011.
from January 2011 to July 2011,my employer paid my wages by CASH with salary slips.
he has been deducting all the tax and NI.
from august 2011 to till now, he paid me in my bank account.
now I have ask my employer to provide me a letter from his accountant to prove that from January 2011 to July 2011,my wages has been paid by cash and not transferred in my bank account.
do you think is it alright r not?.shall I attach this accountant letter with my salary slips from Jan 2011 to July 2011 or not.because I do not have any other evidence except salary slips to prove earnings during Jan to July.
please guide me.
many thanks.

I have salary slips, but I didn't put salary in bank account. I am thinking to get p46 as well from my employer with accountant letter.

Hi ,

Get your self a letter from your employer explaining the fact the money has been send in cash for the period ************ to *************** amount **************** . Further letter should state the income from onward is coming to account Account no: ************ , Bank ********* as regular . It should be properly signed by HR / Director finance etc. Hopefully this will cover all your things . Please provide a detail contact details for your HR in the company as he will receive a call from HO . Best of luck
Thanks

Ali
