Dear Sir/Madam,
I am going to apply ILR under 5 years completion of WP/Tier2 for which I need a clarification.
The new income requirement for applying for settlement as a WP/Tier 2 (General) migrant from the ILR application SET(O) indicates the below:
A document from the employer named in your current work permit containing the following information:
- Your current rate of pay (this should be given in the same format as given in the codes of practice, for
example hourly rate or yearly salary), and
- confirmation that this is at or above the appropriate rate for the job as stated in the codes of practice for
Tier 2 sponsors. (See note 9 of page 37 of this form).
From above does rate of pay indicate total gross salary(basic pay + other allowances like bonus & on-call ) or only basic pay?
My basic pay is 29000 and my job specification stated in COP is 29100, but my last three years P60's showing more than 31500 and also my 2011 pay slips are showing gross pay are more than 31500(including oncall each month), so i need to know whether these gross salaries should be enough to get PR.
please reply ASAP that would great help for me.
Thanks,
Pavani.
