Hi,
I shall be applying for ILR through PEO next week-PBS(Tier 1 General)
1.Do I need to show all 12 payslips as I have mislaid one and it is too late to get another one now.(I meet the points criteria even if I don't use this particular payslip, so that's not an issue).
2. The Set O form was updated in October to reflect changes for WP holders-among others it mentions the last payslip and bank statement should not be more than a calendar month old.Is this true for Tier 1also? The policy document of UKBA reflects this for WP but not Tier1.Although the Set O form is confusing and doesn't seem to make this distinction.

read page 26 of the link provided by sushdmehta..
that says you dont need 12 payslips if you can score points with less number.
the only slight confusing statement is 'consecutive' months payslips...
not sure whether it will be an issue if the missing payslip is one in between the first and last paylsip you submit!!!

Thanks Sushd and Abhijack. The pay slip is at the beginning so I can start counting after that one.
What about needing payslips and bank statements not older than a calendar month. This can be a pain give different timelines for applications and wages etc.

Krsubu, the guidance clearly states any 12 continuous month period with the immediate preceeding 15 months.

Valencia, i understand it says 12 continous period but since i am applying in the 4th week, it can also be like 15th Feb 2011 to 15th Jan 2012 ? is it ? just confused.
so are you saying 1st Jan 2011-31st Jan 2011 should be fine if i apply in the 3 or 4th week of Jan 2012
OR
should it be 15th Feb 2011 to 14th Jan 2012
Thanks

Set O guidance-Pg 4 2nd column.
Krsubu, I am not saying 1st jan to 31st jan(assuming its a typo and you meant the latter was2012) as that would be 13 months.
Why don't you work backwards from the last payslip and bank statement you expect to have?

That paragraph states that those are the requirements for people on tier 2 (gen) , tier 2 (ict) and wp according to the amended rules since 31 Oct 2011......Thats how I understand atleast..
And you are on tier 1 (gen)..ryt?

I am on Tier1.
The paragraph is listed under documents.Thats why I find it's a bit ambiguous as it doesn't clearly state this is for WP only. However when read together with the policy document it is clear that this applies to WP only.I hope the case worker takes the same view as you and me!

yeah it seems ambiguous as its under that that general heading..
but then there is point in giving the option of 12 out of last 15 months, ryt?
anyway i hope some senior members share their thoughts on this point!!!

yeah valencia, sorry abt that..i meant 1st Jan 2011 to 31st Dec 2011..and if i apply in the 3rd week of Jan 2012 or early of 4th week i would still be having only dec 2011 payslips and bank statements
