unmarried spouse visa now were are getting married!

Hi,

We are currently on an unmarried spouse visa, but now have decided to get married in October, can we just switch, do we have to apply again? Can someone help on this one.

you don't need to make an application. you can just marry.

When the time comes for you to apply for ILR, you will have to submit your marriage certificate with the application.
