Hi,
I have finalised my documents and Visa Applications for self and Dependent to be sent via Post this week. Before I do that, I wanted to know if the below set of documents I have provided will suffice for the Visa extension?
Cover Letter
Tier 1 (General) Application Form - Main
Tier 1 (General) Application Form - Dependent
Points Based Calculator Self Assessment Summary
Passport - Main Applicant --> Age
Passport - Dependent
Payslips - Original (Covering Latest Consecutive 12 Months) --> Earnings
Offer Letter - Original --> Earnings
12 Months Personal Bank Statement - Original --> Earnings & Maintenance
Marriage Certificate - Original
Utility Bill for Address Proof - Original
Please note I am claiming points for below section without providing any documents:
Education --> I am claiming points based on evidence previously provided with the initial Tier 1 (General) Application. The Qualification is recognised on the points based calculator for which I am enclosing the Points based calculator Self Assessment Summary.
UK Experience --> I am claiming points based on points scored in the Previous Earnings Section
English Language Requirement --> I am claiming points based on “Applicant is currently in the United Kingdom as a Tier 1 (General) migrant and has previously satisfied the English Language requirement”
Let me know if this looks alright and I can confidently go ahead and post my application?
Thanks
Sathya
