Tier-1(Gen) Extension

Hi,
For extension/renewal of my Tier-1 Gen. I am submitting these docs. Is there anything missing?

1: Filled Form.
2: Photos.
3: Salary Slips for past 12 months.
4: Bank statement past 12 months.
5: Copy of my Visa.
6: Copy of first and last page of passport.
7: Covering letter.
8: Visa fee.

Dependents:
1: Form filled.
2: Passport photos.
3: Visa copy.
4: Fees.

I had given evidence of english language in initial application. Do i need to resubmit it for renewal?
I have booked a premium service same day appointment . D i need to submit my application with documents before or can i carry it on the appointment day?

I dont find the following in your list:
- Passport (yourself and dependent)
- Degree Certificates
- Marriage Certificate and Birth Certificates (for proving relaship)

Also, keep a copy of the evidence for english language requirement - you can submit it if they ask for.

I am presuming the same bank statement is used for Maint. Fund requirement.

I had initially come in WorkPermit and then changed to Tier-1 Gen.
I am now going for an extension. There are questions regarding my initial travel in the application form. Do I need to fill in the workpermit details there?
Also where can I find the Home Office immigrant reference number?

I believe you are referring to Section D of the application form; I am not really sure, but found a similar case on the forum and here is the link:

the letter that we receive with initial Tier-1 grant has a reference number. I have lost mine but have the letter of my wife and kid and the reference number is same in both.
will it be same for me as well?

the application asks for Home office reference number : section B11
and Points based system migrant reference number : B14.

Can i use the reference from my dependents letter for any of the above in my [main applicant]application?

If not, is there a way to find any of this number?
