Hi Dina,
Qualification Details -
1. SSC Certificate
2. HSC Certificate
3. Bachelor Degree Certificate
4. Master Degree Certificate
5. NARIC Comparability Statement
In order to score in "Education", all you need to submit is the Masters degree and the NARIC letter. Rest of the documents are not necessary.
Work Experience

Current employer
1. Appointment Letter
2. Experience Letter (As a Technical Leader)
- Not showing responsibilities
- a MNC on big road
- providing references for varification on company letter mentioning email ids of project manager, people manager.
- Addition to this providing Chain to Reporting Manager details upto country manager.

2nd employer
3. Appointment Letter
4. Experience Letter (As a Senior Software Engineer)
- Not showing responsibilities
- a MNC on big road
Don't think you'll be able to score without the resonsibilities in your reference letters from these 2 employers, UNLESS, you can claim the min. 25 points on basis of your employment with the 1st employer itself. Search the forum and you will find umpteen cases where in applicants have failed to score any points in "work experience" for lack of detailed job descriptions / responsibilities in the reference letters.
Past Earnings

1. Last 12 Months Pay Slips
- From current employer and previous employer
2. Income tax Return
3. Bank statement for 1 Year
You need to submit 2 evidences here. One is the payslips for the last 12 months (in your case - Oct.'05 to Sep.'06), but what is the second proof ?? Income tax return does not cover the said 12 month period, hence will, in all probablilties, not taken as independent evidence. Bank statements will show only your net salary and not gross. If the caseworker takes only net salary into consideration (not for any other reason but that you are only providing her 2 evidences where in only net salary will match, there's no 2nd evidence of gross salary !!) and if it (net salary) is below the min. requirement, you are in trouble again. Moreover, am not sure if bank statements will be taken as an independent evidence.

It is entirely up to you to make your application stronger AND simple !!The feedback is my personal opinion and others might differ.

regards

Hello sushdmehta,

Thanks for your suggestion on my application processing.

As you said, I am OK with Education Certification.

For Work Experience -

I worked with first employer for 3 yrs (2001-2004). and to get 25 points need to show only 2 yrs. at bachelor level, This is also OK.

Only the thing is that its local company not a MNC, and don't have website, but its registered company and having proper premise and contact information. I have letter from my Manager with whom I worked there for 3 yrs. showing my all details as per HO, but he had changed his job to another company. He is happy to contact him, as well as the new Manager for this is also happy to contact him for work experience varification. I worked with new Manager for short period of time.

I am giving details of 1st company address, old manager new company email id and contact numbers, the new manager contact numbers,

This is enough to get 25 points for 2 years?

For Past Earnings -

My net salary and gross salary is above 5000.

Net salary is 5181 GBP for Oct-05 to Sep-06
Gross salary is 5910 GBP for Oct-05 to Sep-06

This is also OK right?

Is there any document that I need to show gross salary matching with the pay slips?

Let me know your opinion on this.

Thanks a lot !!!
Dina

Hello Sush,

Want to update more information -

In last year I worked with 2 company (current employer and previous employer).

Pay slips includes from both of the companies.

From current employer I didn't received yet any increment/promotion offers but I do have promotion letters from previous company to show that they paid that much amount during this period.

If I submit previous employer promotion offers is there any problems?

Regards,
Dina

Hi,

1. If you can get a letter from your old manager on the company letter headed paper of the organization he is currently working in, that will be great. The content need not change much as in the original letter, except that it will have to start somewhat like "This is to state that I have known XX as an immediate supervisor / manager while XX was employed at XYZ company. This is also to state that XX worked as "designation" and the responsibilities were ........ ".

2. Regarding 2nd evidence of past earning, get a letter from your employers (between Oct.'05 - Sep.'06) stating your monthwise salary. This can be submitted as 2nd independent evidence.
e.g. - If you worked with employer A from Oct.'05 to Jan.'06, get them to issue a letter to you certifying your salary payments for each of those months. The following information should be included for each month - gross salary, deductions (tax, PF etc.), and net salary. Get a similar letter from employer B for the remaining months (e.g.- Feb'06 - Sep.'06).

Hope this helps.

regards

Hi,

Finally I am to get those letter from past employer as mentioned above, but from current employer I recevied Salary Certificate from the joining mentioning my Gross salary, HRA, etc for Annual.

I think this is sufficient?

I have one doubt for job advert.

Currently working in IT as a Technical Leader for C,C++,Unix Platform for 5 months with current employer and as a Senior Software engineer with previous employer.

So Tech. Leader experience is very small.

I mentioning that I want to work as technical leader in UK.

Can anybody help/suggest me.

Shall I write - I want to work as Senior Soft. Eng. or Technical Leader?

Thanks in advance.

you can thru NARIC website www.naric.co.uk.
Oops .. I think it is actually http://www.naric.org.uk if you need any evaluation services e.g.- or letter of comparability.

The other site www.naric.co.uk seems to be for "Certificate of Experience" for EU citizens wanting a certificate of experience for their employment / work in UK.

You can go thru www.naric.org.uk or www.naric.co.uk

The web site doesn't matter both are same.

You want the service or name of certification organization.
