psw application dead line is april 2012. For student studying bachelor degree from uk university, is there any extension in this date announced yet or is this final.
actually my degree finish date is on july 2012. so i will not be able to apply if it is april 2012. please state if you know any thing latest up to date and suggest what option we have after doing 3 years degree from uk uni which will finish after april 2012.
option other then uk employment sponser letter. many thanx

There is no extension, at least for the moment. After April 2012, PSW ceases to exist.

Graduates are still allowed to be sponsored by employers before their student visa expires. Of course this has always been the case, however now the graduates will not be subject to the Resident Market Labour Test.

many thanx . what are the documents or company annual earnings to get license from UKBA to recruit graduate foreign student.
i mean what are the formalities the company has to fulfill to get license.

I am not sure what a company requires to get a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS), it is not something I have had to look at before. Typically that shouldn't really be your problem, it is up to the company to obtain.

However I am sure you will have to fulfil certain requirements yourself. My advice is to visit the UKBA website

actually this is a new thing for companies to apply license before they give employment letter to forgein worker for purpose of visa, and they do not look happy when they know this new rule. any way we have to fallow what ukba needs. many thanx to you
