Hi,
my visa is currently under tier 1 (PSW)....
I am working for year now....
salary : £22000
can i apply for Tier 1(general)?

no, tier1 is closed for initial applicants

if you are already working, then only option you might think of is getting onto Tier2. It depends on your company...
