When emailing this address (UKBApublicenquiries@ukba.gsi.gov.uk) regarding Tier 1 (HSMP) / Tier 1 (General), I receive an automated response.
Previously there was an option to reply again with "FAQ" in the subject line to receive an individual response. I don't see that now.
Does anyone know if replying with "FAQ" still works? Or have another email address for UKBA that gets an individual answer rather than automated one?
