graduate level job

hi,
Recently I have been refused on basis of graduate level job. They said that evidence provided by my organisation did not provide sufficient evidence for your work as a project manager that would normally require a uk degree or equivalent. What evidence do I need to provide to prove that my job was of graduate level.

Did your reference letter(s) include detailed description of your job / responsibilities? Without that detail in the reference letter, it is difficult to get points.

Is it ok to have under reference letter that
xyz worked with us from this date to this date and as a software engineer
should there be more than this?

i have over 19 yrs of experinace out of which 8 yrs in saudia....4 yrs as specilist role senior engineer with present employer

have attached job description also but was not sign and stamped just print out...
may be they are not happy with that....
and two experinc certficates just on letter haed with sign and stamp...for my past employer
they gave me zero for experiance...
education claimed 25 got 25 and past earnings claimed 25 scored 25..total =50
now how to get claim....through review request...
pls advise

have got job from UK offer letter was also attached...
