Can a dependent work under my Limited Company

Hi Friends,

I've got an opportunity for a Full-Time/Permanent role on a Tier 1 (G) Visa. I was wondering if my wife (a Tier 1 dependent) can work as a contractor under my Limited company while I continue as a Full Time employee of another firm?
