Allowed appeal

Was wondering if anyone can help me. I went to appeal on 3rd October and it was allowed, we recieved the determination on 27th October, we are stil yet to hear from the embassy in Istanbul for my husband to send his passport in to be issued visa.

Has anyone ever waited this long? im just so worried its been re refused or something awful like that. why is it taking so long. i know it says 12 weeks ish on the ukba website but i am reading on loads of forums about people getting them in 5 or 6 weeks. I have tried the worldbridge service but now they arent dealing with appeals since 19th December!!

any help would be great!!

i think you need to contact them just in case might be it got lost in post,it seems very long .

hi thanks for reply, yes it does seem very long, but im told that it can take 12 weeks. i have got an email drafted to my local mp and if it goes 1 day over the 12 weeks i will send it to see if he can help me out.
but the homeoffice told me that they recieved confirmation that it was sent. its just all a drain

yes im waiting for it... im from uk my hubby is spouse he is in pakistan.

hope you dont wait too long, my husbands friend got his call yeterday and they went to court 10 days before us so hopefully we get the call next week. Normaly people only wait a few weeks.

hi nope still nothing, its exactly 12 weeks today. i called the home office today and they sent the judge determination again and said they will contact me if they hear anything.

also i contacted local mp he is gonna find out next week whats going on, might hear tomorrow, i really hope so.

did you hear anything??
