Could you please help me where in india the TB test can be taken? Should he does the test in any clinic or a specific clinic?

most hospitals can test for TB

If you need the TB test for immigration purposes then contact appropriate embassy or consulate and they will give you details of those test centres whose results they will accept - this will normally be through International Organisation for Migration (IOM)

i have read in the website that for spouse visa you need TB test i don't know!!
