PLz Help with my tier i general is expiring

I was Granted tier1 after April 2010 where the income shown is GBP35,000 IN UK only ,but due to personal reasons i dropped visa in india and it was issued in july but unfortuanatley i could'nt come down ,now every thing is fine for me to fly back so only thing i wanna know is because i was outside uk for long time will the extension process possible and will there be any problem at immigration thank you

hoW? As i think if you stay more than 3 Months outside UK then UKBA Staff can ask at Entry?

Well, you think wrong. They might, in exceptional circumstances, want to confirm there has been no chance of circumstances when a person arrives very late or remains outside the UK for a long period, but entry will not be refused if it's entry for the purpose intended in accordance with that type of leave.
