My Wifes Visa got rejected because of one problem, the English test, the provider was expired.

Now We are appealing and she will take another test.

Can we do it this way or we have to submit fresh documents,
I was told the old documents are okay

First you need to clarify the reason for refusal was the English test and nothing else.

Who told you the old documents are OK?

I have read on this forum a very similar case and all advice was that new documents are not accepted, ordinarily. You have to apply again, unless the officer looks kindly on your appeal.

It is worth a try to appeal with the new certificate but appeals take a very long time. Good luck.

You must have had the certificate from an examining board on the old list. Get some advice, but appealing will be pointless unless you include a certificate from the current approved board.
