But what about you? You have proof that you are on the electoral roll, and registered with the GP?I've rang the council and asked for a letter they said they will send another one out to say he is registered on the electoral roll. Also rang the GP..they will do me a letter stating when he registered with the GP..
Well basically the idea is to show and prove that you and your husband have been living together for the probationary duration of 2 years so in order to full fill this requirement (which is a basic need to be granted ILR) you have got to show documents covering a period of two years these documents could possibly include any letters from the NHS,HMRC,TV Licencing,Council tax,water,electric and gas,Bank statements,tenancy agreements,government gateway letter,mortgage statements any other letter from council etc.Sohail_raaj786 wrote:Is it important to have statements for every month..I mean what if there is a certain month I don't have the statement for that won't b a prob will it?
