Hi everyone Merry Christmas and a Happy new Year to all!
I hope someone can give me an information with regards to my problem. I finished my degree in UK on Feb 16 of this year and I need to submit my application for PSW asap before it reaches 12 months from date of award. I had a driving offense in UK back in 2009 for driving without license in which I paid a fine of 350 pounds.. It was an automated payment system so I didnt have any receipt or proof that I have paid it. I only have with me the letter from the court containing my offense and information about it.
Im here in the Philippines and I'm bombarded with a lot of immigration consultants and Im a little bit skeptical about them as their services are really expensive. I hope someone will have a good heart to answer my questions as I'm getting frustrated and pressured with my application. I want to process application on my own but Im too worried about my record back in UK. thanks!
1. What are the chances of a visa being refused if you have a driving offense while I was a student in UK?
2.Do I need an immigration specialist to help me out with my application given that I had a driving offense back in UK?
3.Do I need to declare it on the application form?
4.I only have 30 days to process everything and if they require supporting documents from UK it may take forever how will I go about it?
5.Should I just process my application on my own and declare that I had a driving offense and just provide the summon letter from the court as a supporting document?
I really do hope someone can help me out I will greatly appreciate.
