Sponsor Letter Format

Dear members,

I am going to apply for my wife dependent visa, I know apart from other docs, I have to provide with a sponsor letter from my side. Could any of you please provide me with a format for that sponsor letter.
I would be really thankful to you.

I Main Applicant Name, working as Main Applicant Designation on a permanent position in XYZ Company Limited since October 2011. My current annual salary is GBP 65,000 (Sixty Five Thousand British Pounds) and annual bonus is approx. GBP 6,500 (Six Thousand Five Hundred British Pounds).

Biometric Residence Permit Unique Number: RBXXXXXXX
Visa Expiry Date: 10/11/2013
I received extension of Tier1 (General) on: 10/11/2011

I got married with the applicant Wife Name on 10/9/2011. The “Nikkah Ceremony” was held in Karachi, Pakistan and now I am willing to sponsor my wife Wife Name of passport number XXXXXXXX as my dependant.

I declare that I take the complete responsibility to support my wife during her travel and stay in United Kingdom. I also take the responsibility to provide her accommodation and fulfill all of her expenses which includes travel, subsistence, leisure and any other circumstantial needs.

I assure you that I have enough space available in a rented house of 3 bedrooms at Complete House Address with postcode. I also assure you that I have enough funds available in my bank account to support her and Wife Name will not be using any public funds during her stay in the United Kingdom.

In support of my wife visa application, I have sent all necessary documents which are attached with her ‘Cover Letter’.

It might be helpful to note that I am planning to visit Karachi in Janurary’2012 to bring my wife in the United Kingdom, so I would really appreciate if you kindly process her visa at your earliest convenience.

In the event that you require any additional information or documentation in relation to her application or if I can be of further assistance during your consideration of her visa application, please do not hesitate to contact me via any modes of communication noted below.

Also could you please confirm me one thing regarding this sponsor letter, have you got this sponsor letter attested by any solicitors or you just submitted this by taking print out on a normal paper signed by you.

I got married with Name of Main Applicant (Main Applicant) on 1/9/2011 and now I am willing to start new life with him. My husband Name of Main Applicant should be considered as the main applicant.

Document provided as per visa requirements are mentioned below. For the convenience of the Assessing Officer, I have packaged and grouped each section, along with the necessary related documents, in a transparent document holder and added a 'title page' for each set.
Following is the list of documents provided along with my Tier 1 (General) dependant application and sponsor letter from my husband.

Main Applicant - UK Based Documents

1. Evidence of Stay
a. Copy of Passport bio-data page.
b. Copy of Biometric Residence Permit card.
c. Copy of Initial Visa page.
d. Copy of First Entry to UK page.

2. Evidence of Income
a. Original 6 months’ salary slips.
b. Original 6 months’ Bank Statements showing net salary credited.
c. Copy of Tax Document (P60).
d. Copy of Appointment Letter.
e. Copy of National Insurance Card.

3. Evidence of Address & Accommodation
a. Bank Statements.
b. Copy of UK Driving Licence.
c. Original Tenancy Agreement.

4. Evidence of Maintenance Fund
Bank statements of my husband from the UK Current bank account.
a. Letter from the bank stating that minimum balance over a period is greater than £1700.00 in the last 90 days.
b. Bank Statements showing that minimum balance over a period is greater than £1700.00 in the last 90 days.

Dependant Documents
a. Original Passport.
b. Original National Identity Card.
c. Original Bank Statements.
d. Original TB Screening Certificate.
e. Original Landline Bill.
f. Original Mobile Bill.

Evidence of Marriage & Subsisting Relationship
a. Original Certificate of Marriage Registration (English & Urdu).
b. Nikah Nama Registered & Endorsed by the Union Council.
c. Marriage Photographs.
d. Main Applicant Name on Dependant Passport.
e. Main Applicant Name on Dependant National Identity Card.
f. Copy of Ticket Confirmation.
g. Copy of entry & exit stamp pages showing visit to Pakistan for the purpose of wedding.
h. Copy of Life Insurance Policy.
i. 6 months Lycamobile call history showing continuous communication.
j. Correspondence through Emails.

The fully completed application form ‘Points Based System (VAF10) Dependant’ is enclosed in a separate plastic sleeve.

I have attached all the papers/documents in support of my application as required according to the application checklist. It would be very much appreciated if you consider my application for the Tier 1 (General) Dependant' and oblige accordingly. I fully intend to make UK my home country on reward of the dependant visa and to make positive contribution to the society.
