Address to send a letter to chase ILR?

Hi

We have been waiting 16 weeks now for a SET M ILR - pending decision, (normally taking 10 / 12 weeks for others to get passports back for this type of ILR), do you think its worth writing to get an update ? Anyone know the best address to send a letter to? Also how shall I word the letter ?

I did call the 0870 number taken from the set m guidance notes today but the adviser didn't want to entertain the conversation considering its been 3.5 months and not 6 months since submission.
