Reversion policy for Libyan students

Earlier today, UKCISA (the lobby group for international students) received a reading from UKBA that Libyan students here under the concession can now revert to T4 status again. No other migrant classes are included.

Libyan students who used the concession should revert as soon as possible to be sure they are properly regularised.
