Please advice

Myself- British citizen ( Naturalization )
My wife - Two year spouse visa ( no recourse to public.....)
Our son- British citizen by descent from father, born abroad

My wife arrived last month in the UK please some body can advice us we can claim CB , CTC & WTC without any future problem during ILR time. Thanks
