tier 1 dependant funds maintenance

Hi,
I am applying for my wife and sons dependant visa extension along with my tier 1 extension.

If the Tier 1 Migrant has been in the United Kingdom for 12 months or more, each family member of the Tier 1 Migrant must have £533 to support himself/herself.

What evidance i need to provide that my stay in uk is more than 12 months.

Please advice.

Well definitely you and dependents are applying for the extension which is due after spending three years. Your passport is the main proof and provide HO a history about your stay in uk for more than 12 months.
