Points for Age - Tier 1 Extention

Hi Everyone,

Just a small confusion.

I was born September 1978, my first Tier 1 sucessful application was on 18/03/2009.

Do I still get 5 points when I send my application for extention next month. I am 33 now.

But Age 31 years at first sucessful application... and I understand they give points for age at first sucessful application ?

I think that you will get the same point that you got when you applied for the initial application

Yes this is true, you will get the same points you got earlier with your initial application.

When you claim points for Age mention Age at the time of Initial Application..so that means, you should be getting same points as that you got in the initial application..

You will get the same points till you get the ILR As the application clearly states that you need to provide the 'age at the time of first application'.
