Urgent !!! - Tier 1 General Dependent VISA Question

Hi,

I am applying for a Tier 1 General dependent VISA for my Wife from India (VF10.pdf) and on that Form It ask us to fill below for the main applicant(myself) which is a new addition to the form after 12th December'2011 -

1. "do you Pay for your treatment ??"

I have tried contacting India VSF office but didn't get the answer.

Can you please advise me

should We pay as a Tier -1 General candidate or not ?

What do you mean by paying for treatment?

Also you are applying after 12 dec so you have to fill form online for Tier 1 Dependant visa.

If Answer to First question below is YES then what should be the answer to second question below and what will be the implication of saying Yes/No to the VISA status:-

Have you ever received medical treatment in the UK? >> YES

Did you have to pay for the treatment? NO ?????

I believe this question is for your wife. If your wife traveled to UK before and had her treatment then say YES if she paid for it then YES else NO.

My VISA category is Tier-1 General I am staying in UK since more than 2 years. Does she need to show English language requirement. She is Graduate in Telugu medium.

English requirement is not mandatory for Tier 1 Dependent.
