Ok guys!!!friend12345 wrote:Hi there,
My indefinite is due in Feb 2012, I have 3 penalty points on my driving license for driving on international license when it was expired, they will stay on my license till may 2012, I just want to know if I can still apply for ILR and what are the chances.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
Fines are not written on driving licence counterpart only penalty points and offence code is written.friend12345 wrote:
Ok guys!!!
I looked on my driving licence counterpart today its shows offence code ( LC20 ), as I dont remember if i paid any fine or not but it doesnt show any fine on the counterpart, I pleaded guilty at the court and got 3 penalty points only but I did pay court fees which was £30, I am going to declare it in my application, any idea it will cause a problem?
Thanks
In this case you may consider to apply for an extensionfriend12345 wrote:Yes, I went to the court and pleaded guilty, and then I received 3 points but no fine, date of offence is 15 feb 2008 and date of conviction is 01 july 2008, I am very confused that what should I do, My spouse visa is due to expire in March.
I am going to go for ILR application, I've got everything spot on so I hope this will be overlooked as this offence is almost 4 years old and case worker can obviously see that.Smallfamily wrote:In this case you may consider to apply for an extensionfriend12345 wrote:Yes, I went to the court and pleaded guilty, and then I received 3 points but no fine, date of offence is 15 feb 2008 and date of conviction is 01 july 2008, I am very confused that what should I do, My spouse visa is due to expire in March.
