I will be applying with from SETM In October 2012 (just want to make sure everything is up to date)
The documents we have are:
Joint Names
Santender Joint Account
Santender Joint Savings Account
Tenancy Agreement x 2
Car Insurance Cert
Then in my name i have:
Vodafone bills
Driving Lisence
Pay Slips
Barclays Account
letter from GP
In my wifes name:
Sky Account
Lloyds TSB Account
Pay Slips
Driving Lincence
Letter from GP
Me and my wife both earn £1550 Per Month and our rent is £850.
We dont have any gas or bills in our names as this is included in our rent. (we have a letter from landlady stating this)
We also have a marriage certificate.. and visas and bookings from when we have travelled this year in Europe (once in belgim, onces in spain)
Do we need to worry about anything else?
All the bills etc above are spread over 2 years
is it better if we go and apply in person? Thanks x
