Dear members, I would really appreciate if somebody can help me with the following questions, I am working for Indian company and deputed to its joint venture company in UK. I came on work permit for 2 years on Sep 2005, and the WP was extended on June 2007 for 5 years, Valid till May 2012.
I am planning for ILR as Tire2, the main issue is I do not have monthly salary slips (the last salary slips I have is from April 2009 till March 2010 as PDF files).
But as supporting documents I have:
On company letterhead per annum and monthly salary break-up (salary certificate),
monthly bank deposit receipts (sender company name, amount, sort description as salary for past sis months)
P60 forms for last 5years, (Some are Duplicate copies)
Bank statements (clear details about salary credit for each month)
Resident proof (Utilities bills)
Also I am receiving child benefits & child tax credit.
My worry is can I apply without salary slip, will my application gets reject ? Please advise what else I attach as supporting document.
