Salary slips not available, Can I apply for ILR?

Dear members, I would really appreciate if somebody can help me with the following questions, I am working for Indian company and deputed to its joint venture company in UK. I came on work permit for 2 years on Sep 2005, and the WP was extended on June 2007 for 5 years, Valid till May 2012.

I am planning for ILR as Tire2, the main issue is I do not have monthly salary slips (the last salary slips I have is from April 2009 till March 2010 as PDF files).

But as supporting documents I have:

 On company letterhead per annum and monthly salary break-up (salary certificate),
 monthly bank deposit receipts (sender company name, amount, sort description as salary for past sis months)
 P60 forms for last 5years, (Some are Duplicate copies)
 Bank statements (clear details about salary credit for each month)
 Resident proof (Utilities bills)
 Also I am receiving child benefits & child tax credit.

My worry is can I apply without salary slip, will my application gets reject ? Please advise what else I attach as supporting document.

Hello dear, i don't understand if you came in 2002 why are you applying so late, second you must have salary slips just ask your employer otherwiswe speak to some accounts specialists/firms they may give you some solution if your salary is coming there should not be any problem in generating your salary slips, also your salary must be as per the UKBA'S code of practice you can see the CODE OF PRACTICE FOR TIER 2 it will give you exact idea as how much you must be paid for your job catagory under that perticular code. rest of it looks fine, you just need latest three month salary slips and bank statements.

Hello Dear, Thanks for reply, as my extended visa valid till May 2012 so didn’t plan for ILR,
As the agency that creates salary slips is auditor for my employer, that’s why they are not generating monthly bases, I will get at the end of financial year. end April or early May'12, so it will be from April '11 to March '12, regarding Pay I am getting GBP 34300.00 per annum. Please advice.

I think they must have been paying your tax on your salary so they should generate your monthly salary slips thats your right to ask for, if not then ask them to give you all your salary and tax details with your monthly income on a spreadsheet and get it signed by whosoever is responsible for generating your pay and slips. at least for last three months. i think thats not a big issue

This should be your worry too. It is classified as "Public Fund" and i see you are on WP. Please check the stamp on your passport if it says "no recourse to public funds" you are in breach of T&Cs of your WP visa.

I am not sure whats the status of your partner.
