Photo missed while submitting visa application

Post by Niki11 » Fri Jan 13, 2012 7:16 pm

Hi

My husband applied for Tier 1 General visa extension today via post, but he forgot to attach the photos. Please can anyone suggest the best possible way to resolve this situation?

Many thanks in advance for any help provided in this regard.

I would say post photos with short note explaining the oversight, include photocopy of passport, and first couple of pages of form if you have made copies of it.

Call UK BA customer care on 8706067766 to get their advice too.

also do a search of 'photo' in this forum. I think someone got asked to re-submit their photos.

Hi,

My husband received an e-mail from the UKBA on 17.02.2012 asking him to submit the photgraphs within the next 7 days by special next day delivery. He submitted the photos with the Home office reference number provided in the e-mail and received the invitation for Biometric Enrolment appointment on 24.02.2012.

Thanks for all your help in this regard.

Good to hear that! Now you can breathe easy.

Judging by the dates, it shows that they are looking at applications four weeks after receiving them
