If you have PSW then your English should be higher than entry level 3 ESOL (one would hope) given that you have studied degree level inthe UK and therefore you need to take the Life in the UK test, not ESOL.aya30 wrote:Hi!
I am going to apply ILR as 10 years long resident this summer.
I am currently hold Tier 1 (post-study). It seems that Post sduty visa is not be considered as Highly skilled.
In this case Do I need to obtain ESOL qualification, or just need to take Life in the UK test?
Can you please advice.
Kind regards,
