I am applying for a spousal visa for my husband and i have got everything ready but would like to know that my husband does not work or study so how do i provide income details for how he supports himself in pakistan as he just takes money from his dad as and when he needs it. Any suggestions please

Say that - and get the Dad to write a confirmation letter.

Then give the Dad's bank statements highlighting the cash given to the son.

Your husband does not need to work or have an income if he is in Pakistan.

You have to show (on your salary) that you will be able to support, maintain and accommodate him here in the UK.

The applicant will not be questioned about his employment or income. He can be unemployed as far as the sponsor is concerned.

Dont worry about it
