ilr documents checklist hsmp + tier 1

Hi,

i am due for ilr from tier 1 general (feb 2009- feb 2012) - (inital hsmp feb 2007-feb 2009)

I have prepared a list of documents for ILR. Could you please let me know if i need any further docs please.

also this topic can be bookmarked and be referenced for people who need to know the documents needed for ilr

1. Application form set(0)
2. Passport
3. 2 photos with name on the back
4. 12 months bank statements and 12 months pay slips
5. life in the uk test
6. letter from present employer

additional copies:
1. upto 15 months bank statements
2. 5 years p60
3. previous hsmp and tier 1 approval letters
4. Masters degree cert

Please let me know if i have mssed out anything ?

Hi krssubbu,

Are you applying under HSMP-JR or your initial HSMP was granted after Nov 2006?

I am applying under hsmp (jan 2007) and tier 1 general - NOT HSMP JR

any thoughs guyz as i wont be able to collect any more documents. the only day left is tooday. people who have already got ilr, pls have a look at this list as its going to help everybody as well

Sorry krssubbu, I'm myself applying under HSMP JR rules so not sure about what documents you should include your app.
