I'm still waiting for my wifes test results, its been 6 weeks.
Duaas please
Six weeks? I heard that you recieve the certificate 10days after you have been told id you have passed.
My husband did his english test on the 14th this month and I have no idea how it went due to being seriously ill couldnt talk to him.
He will find out on the 27-28th of this month then after that Allah knows best.
Have you not tried ringing up where your wife did her exam? Six weeks is just ridicoulous IMO

You might as well get letters from both. The full time job is the one that is stronger but having 2 jobs and showing that can't do any harm. It will further prove the funds in your bank account.

I've noticed after the status changes to "under process" it takes about 3-4 weeks for it to change to "ready for collection"...so i think yours should be soon...

Walaykumsalam weqas.
I would presume a letter from your current employers would be okay wouldn't think that you would need to get one from previous employment.
You also will need P60, House inspection report, Greeting cards with stamped letters.
I don't think the visitor refusal visa should affect your application.

I have rang them Nazia, they just make excuses.
But I have been told that test results issued by institutions affiliated with city and guilds can take 2 months!!!
Guys I need your help, can anyone tell of any English test centres in Islamabad who issue the certificate soon after the test?!
Much appreciated

Check
www.nts.org.pk - This is the TOEIC A1 test. There is one test a month, usually around the middle of the month and the results are out 2 weeks after the test.

I think they have a back long of work to get through. As we submitted passport, how difficult is it to stamp and return? I can't believe we are still waiting, normally people get theirs in two weeks. I know they say 28 days but its a lot quicker than that normally. I'm really getting worried now
@ weqasjamil,
In relation to your query, when I applied I was told to declare both my employments as it makes you more financially stronger. One work was full-time and the other was casual, so I supplied letters from both work places, P60s and wage slips for 6months.
