ILR App@CRY-PEO it's 14days now, Expedite on Medical Grounds

Post by chrams » Thu Jan 05, 2012 2:12 pm

Dear all,

I had submitted my application through a solicitor yesterday and today she called me up and said my "application is valid, but my application sent to another team where further checks will carried out"

See my full case below:

Dear Mods and Members,
I would appreciate your advice at this stage for my next course of action.

It looks getting ILR is not an easy passage, even though you had paid right tax and had all required documents and information, you have to face every possible obstacle from the UKBA. In my case starting from the payment processing...,

I am hoping for the best positive out come, fingers and toes crossed !!!

Dear All,
Just now I came to know that Croydon PEO contacted my previous employer yesterday and enquired about my business trips. the Managing Direcor of the company gave all required information to them.

So checks also completed, and I don't know what is stoping them to issue my ILR?

Dear Mods and Members,

I would appreciate your help on my case.
Submitted application through Solicitor on 4th Jan at Croydon and the UKBA contacted my previous employer on my business tripes.

It's day 5 and I haven't heard anything from my Solicitor.

I don't have any CCJs, checked my credit report as well, I had 999 score and no issues at all in my report and based on this I think my case is pretty much OK except my Business trips for which my employer gave very detailed letter and the UKBA verified once again with them over phone.

When I spoke with my solicitor they are advising that my case might forwarded to the Senior Immigration officer for approval to issue ILR.

Are there any members who had such experience or Mods could you please let me know what type of further checks they carry out?

Highly appreciate your inputs.

Thanks & regards,
chrams

ILR App at CRY-PEO, day 7 & Current T1 expires in 3 days

Post by chrams » Thu Jan 12, 2012 9:37 am

Dear Board members,
It's been 7 days by today i submitted my ILR application at Croydon PEO and my Tier 1 visa expires in another 3 days.

I know I will have legal status while my application is under processing, even after my current visa expiry.

I spoke with my Solicitor and they advised not to worry on this matter as they had throughly reviewd my application and I have very good chances of success.

In case of negative decision from the UKBA, they assured me that they will challenge the decision as I am satisfying all the requirements for ILR eligibility.

I will keep you update here on my application status

My Tier 1 Visa expired by yesterday, but my application is with the Croydon PEO submitted on 4th Jan 12. So not overstayed, hoping for my turn for the good news from the UKBA.

Dear AKB and Krishna,
Thanks for your messages.
My wife is suffering with some Gynae issues after she gave birth to our son and she undergone for a surgical operation and the same problem is repeating now. We met our GP recently and kindly they gave a specialist gynae appointment slot. we need to book it now and if we book it, it means my wife has to go for another surgical operation.

I am in full time employment and my wife cannot manage our 1 year old son on her own. Our plan is to send my wife to her parents home in India or alternatively bring our parents on visit visa to support us at this difficult situation to lookafter our little one. Either of this plans we should have valid visas and passports. That is why I had approached a solicitor for PEO appointment and tried to expediate my appliation, otherwise I would have applied through postal application.

I spoke to my solicitor and presenting all medical history and reports with new appointment slot and requesting them to submit to the UKBA to expedite the process.

Fingers crossed, I don't know again how long this process takes, I invested almost £4.5K for this visa. £2.7 UKBA fees and remainder solicitor fees.

Though I applied through Premium service, It's been 14 days of real painful waiting for mentally and physically as well.

I would appreicate if members advise any alternatives i need to discuss with my solicitor.

Thanks in advance

Charms,
Very sorry to see your situation. I don't see any reason, why UKBA will not approve your application & why they can not decide. I suggest you speaking to 0870....UKBA No. & explain them your situation. I am sure, there will be some concrete outcome. Solicitors also suck........
All the best to all of you

0870 606 7766, You have to be patient to get the reply, as there is a long queue, but should be helpful.
