BIG Thanks for all of the forum members and specially who helped me guided me to prepare my case, My appointment was booked for 1000 and i reached there at about 0800, had a look of the office and than parked in to John Lewis car park.
Waited there for about 90 minutes and went to PEO office, after security check, waited for about 45 min- upon my call went to see case worker - reasonably polite lady - she asked for
passports

after a little checks on system she asked for recent P60, last 3 payslips and recent bank statement (1-2 months statement).
offered her the photocopies and she accepted for the above docs.
it took her maximum 5 min and she said okay we are happy with your application and indefinite leave - please pay on counter 6 and wait for about 2 hours
waited there for about 90 minutes and got the call to collect the passport with visa (mine and 1 dependent (wife)) - Left building 1155
now sending documents for kids today
