Process for Review

Hello Friends and Moderators,

Can someone please tell me the process for review, I am an in country applicant. Here's my status:

Application sent : 9th Sep 2006
Ref No received: 12th Sep 2006
CC Charged: 15th Sep 2006
Status informed: 13th Oct 2006 - Refused

I am waiting for the documents from HSMP team, they said the documents were dispatched yesterday.

Can someone please tell me the process for review. Do I need to send all the documents once again for review? I also have a feeling that I did not supplied one of the payslip, can I submit it along with review?

Also please can someone suggest me, whether going for review is better or initiate a fresh application, as I see that review timelines are longer. Also can someone please share their experiences of review with me.
