Applying family visitor visa second time after first refusal

Hi

My mother was refused visitors visa first time round six months ago. The reason for refusal was that my income was not enough to support her for 8 weeks and also my salary slips/bank statements were not submitted.

I have decided to reapply. Do you think that this time my husband should sponsor her as his salary is quite high with his bank statements etc.

or should I be the sponsor again and just get a letter from my husband about supporting her and submit all the relevant documents. Please advise.
