Parents visa (non-settlement)

Hi,
I tried checking for this in other threads but could not find any.

I am trying to bring my parents for the first time for about 6 months. I have the document list from UKBA but I would like to confirm if it is required to have a two bed room house ?

We are a couple living in a one bed room house and while we can submit all bills we would like to know if a two bed room house is required.
