its ridiculous. cant we form a group or something and put a petition or something like that out. we need to demand they look at individual cases properly they need to know simple things like when signatures r required and when they are not its getting beyond a joke now.

the general response we got from them is that even though there is an accelerated process its just as a guideline most times it take between 6-8 weeks so my partner said its already been 6-8 weeks n they said well its just a guideline and even their website states thats only enquire if it has been more then 6 weeks. its taking the piss frankly speaking

Absolutely! Before the Working Visa was stopped in 2006, the application form was a one page document while the visit visa then I think was two pages! And the lady confirmed she had never seen that form before and wanted to know where I got it from!
