Post by raholptl » Fri Jan 20, 2012 10:53 am

Hi Guys,
I got Tier 1 General Extension visa in March 2009 when gettting Tier 1 General visa was easy. I just want to know when I will apply for extension the same rule will apply when I get the visa first time? because rules have been changed a lot since I got the visa. Thanks in advance.

For you, rules will be the same that were applicable at the time of your first successful application.

rules are the same as in the time of the first successful application and you claim the same points as you claim in your initial application.
