ILR Queries

Post by dkesari » Mon Jan 23, 2012 8:17 pm

I am in UK since 1st April 2007 on WP/Tier-1 and hence completing 5 years on 31st March 2012. I have few questions if anybody can help, please?

a) Can I apply for ILR on 5th March 2012 as per advance 28 days applying rule of UKBA qualifying period.
b) My wife reached UK on 4th March 2010 and hence she is completing 2 years on 3rd March 2012. But She has all the documents on our address starting from 1st April 2010.Is the visa arrival stamp date on her passport can satisfy the 2 year cohabitation criteria for ILR?

If not, as per her document she will complete 2 years cohabitation on 31st March 2012. So Is she also eligible for 28 days rule and can apply for ILR on 5th with me?

Many Thanks in Advance.
