Effect of point on licence on ILR

hi ,

iam on hsmp
i got 6 point on licence (driving with out insurnace)
i need to apply for ILR in 6 months time how it effects any chance of refusal or they give further extension..?

shall i apply for ILR or extension or
this situation can i apply for work permit through my company...

Hi Abhinash,

Driving without insurance is a serious offence. I suggest you check with an immigration lawyer about the correct option.
