London Natwest Branch who does stamping and can issue letter

Could anyone please tell me which Natwest Bank Branch can issue letter claiming funds in the bank account and can also put stamp on the letter.

I believe any NatWest branch should do it. I have successfully used the Aldwych branch on the LSE campus (38 Strand, Charing Cross, London WC2N 5JB / 0845 600 2803) - they charged a fee for the letter (something around £10 circa 2009) but are accustomed to doing letters for the Home Office & stamping online bank statements for LSE students applying for post-study work visas (even though I was applying for Tier 1 General).
