Tier 1 Extension - one BRP received- no passports yet

Hi there
can someone please shed some light on the process of Tier 1 General extension?
I applied for extension along with 2 dependents in Nov, attended biometric on 21 Dec.
Strangely I received only one dependent BRP card today.. mine and other dependent card not arrived..
According to the time line of other people.. they receive the passports and documents along with approval letter is received first and then the BRP.. Can someone please shed some light into this?

The timelines differ for people.

I don't think you should be bothered at all. As long as you have received one BRP for your dependent, I am pretty sure the other 2 and your passport are on their way.

Just give it a couple of days.
