My wife's application has now changed to under process, so it's moving along as expected.

For sister shamailaubaid. Please write your circumstances exactly how they are, do not try to bend the truth, if you do you'll struggle later. My advice is put the information in the additional info section, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell them exactly how your living circustamces are.

alhumdulilallah my hubby received call in letter today they said it might take 8 weeks to return passport. exquisit33 dont worry sis inshallah soon ur hubby pp gonna come.be positive and keep doing dua.

Hi guys.
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to come to the U.K on a in-direct flight e.g via Dubai, on a spouse visa?
I want to collect my partner after she gets a visa from PAK and take her somewhere for a week.

thanks for yor kind words naila sis inshallah you will hear good new soon i can imagan how stresing is waiting after the appeal but keep faith in allah swt you will hear soon.
just want to share littl info one of my relative said if you say you gonna give some money like £1.25p or £ 11.25 in mosque your wishes wil come true i did it and its all working my all wishes are coming true one by one alhumdulilalla.

Naila sis my hubby booked his TB test for monday and then he is going to submit his passport in mirpur inshalla.

My husband rang me this morning, saying he received a text, that the passport was ready for collection! Thank you guys for your duas, hes going to pick up the passport on Monday, so ive still got a wait

congrats on the quick call letter received-inshaallah not long to go. was the letter posted to your husband directly then ? we have similar timelines i was told by my solicitor a week after the hearing it was successful-he had received the determination but there would be a long wait.

applied wifes visa: 21/4/11
refused:6/7/11
appealed:28.7.11
eco deadline:22.12.11
court hearing:10.1.12
judges determination received visa allowed:20.1.12

Great news

Did your status not update to "Return to AC"? It went from "Processing at BHC" to "Collect documents"? Strange? I was under the impression that it did update to return to AC. Unless somethings changed.

Anyway I wish you all the best and hope that your husband now gets the passport with the visa stamped on it.

At least things are moving now. InshAllah this will be the start of good news for everyone.

No, it didnt change to "Return to AC" it went straight to collect documents. Pray that hubby gets the visa. dont know when this waiting will end :/

I havent heard anything yet. Keep on checking it regulary. However as you guys have now been updated, I reckon the remaining December applicants wont be too far behind. Next week inshAllah.
